And Now for Something Completely Different
1971’s And Now for Something Completely Different was Monty Python’s first foray into feature filmmaking and the joke is that it is not “completely different” but very much the same: the movie is a compilation of short films based on the most popular set pieces from the hit television show that ran on BBC1 and 2 from 1969 to 1974. That doesn’t keep the movie from being completely hilarious.
