About The Ghost and Mr. Chicken

A baby-boomer favorite from the mid-60’s Universal Studios assembly line. Fidgety small town typesetter Don Knotts spends the night in a haunted house and hilarity ensues. First in the series of comedies Knotts made for the big screen following his Emmy-winning role as Deputy Barney Fife of Mayberry. Vic Mizzy’s organ music score is a keeper.
