Counter-notice

If material you posted on Trailers From Hell was removed or disabled because of a copyright notice, and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you can ask us to restore it by sending a counter-notice. Please read our Copyright & DMCA page first.

How it works

Send the counter-notice below, or in writing to our designated agent.
We forward it, including your contact details, to the person who sent the original notice.
Unless they tell us within 10 business days that they have filed a court action to keep the material down, we restore it between 10 and 14 business days after we receive your counter-notice.

A counter-notice is a legal statement made under penalty of perjury. Only send one if you believe in good faith that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification. If you are unsure, consider speaking to a lawyer.
