Hi everybody–

Over here at Trailers from Hell we’ve been thinking about ways to better connect with you, our viewers.

We added a comments section to the site awhile back and it’s turned out to be a lively and useful addition to the TFH community, but we thought we could do something more.

So we thought, maybe we should take a stab at a blog!

 

The only thing is, there are already so many great blogs about movies—we carry some of the best of them on our blogroll.

But our endemic TFH commentaries are necessarily limited to the lengths of the individual trailers, and sometimes there’s more to be said. Moreover, there are lots of things on our minds that don’t lend themselves specifically to trailer commentaries, many of which have been recorded long before they actually appear on our site.

So we thought we might give this a shot and see how it goes.

There’s no agenda; we’ll see how it develops. We’ll try and keep you updated on what’s going on around here, as well as pointing you to some interesting destinations we’ve come across and posting thoughts and observations that occur to the Gurus and staff from time to time.

One of the things we’re planning to share is Blood of the Vines, a series pairing wines with films and written by our friend Randy Fuller over at NowAndZin.com. And who knows, there might be some stuff coming up that you just can’t see anywhere else….

Until then, we look forward to your comments, thoughts, suggestions and anything else you hope to see from us in the future. Feel free to chime in below.

       Sorry, Andy. Three episodes of Picture Windows were put out on a dvd, but not mine!
       Actually The Movie Orgy, or a two hour cutdown of it, played in London a year or two ago
       as part of what I can only remember as the Dismemberment festival, although that’s not
       its name.
